Requirements

  • MetaTrader 5Live or demo account at your broker.
  • VPS strongly recommendedKeeps MT5 running 24/7 so scheduled orders still place when your computer is off.
  • Licence for EAYour licence is automatically bound to your MT5 account immediately after successful checkout.

WebRequest

In MetaTrader 5, enable Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add https://www.quantroom.io so the EA can verify your licence.

FAQ

Do you hold my funds or control my account?

No. The EA executes inside your own MetaTrader 5 account at your chosen broker, on your machine or VPS. You deposit and withdraw directly with your broker, and you can stop or remove the EA at any time. We licence the software only — we never hold funds, take custody of your balance, or have withdrawal access.

Do I need a new EA file when my subscription renews?

No. Successful renewals extend your access in the dashboard. The same EA file keeps working — you only re-download when a new version is released.

How do I cancel auto-renew?

Open Dashboard → Manage subscription and turn off auto-renew. Future charges stop immediately; you keep access until the current billing period ends.

What happens when my licence expires?

The EA stops placing new pending orders. If a trade is already open, it keeps managing the stop-loss, take-profit, and trailing until that trade closes. Turn auto-renew back on or subscribe again from your dashboard to restore access.

Can I change my MT5 account?

Yes — up to 3 times from your dashboard under Your licence → Edit details. After updating, remove the EA from your chart, attach it again, then migrate on your VPS. Further changes need a request for admin approval.

Do I need a VPS?

Yes — that's how we run 24/7. Attach the EA on your chart, then connect the VPS and migrate. Don't also keep the same EA running on your local PC, or it can trade twice.
