Refund Policy

Our products are downloadable software subscriptions that grant immediate access to the EA download and licence activation. Because access is provided instantly, charges are generally non-refundable once the licence has been issued and the software downloaded.

We may issue a refund in limited cases, such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same licence and MT5 account.
• A verified technical fault on our side that prevents the licence from activating and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
• Where required by applicable consumer protection law.

• Trading losses, drawdown, or performance not matching backtests or expectations — trading involves risk and outcomes are never guaranteed.
• Broker execution, spread, slippage, VPS, or connectivity issues outside our control.
• Change of mind after the software has been downloaded and the licence activated.
• Entering an incorrect MT5 account or broker server at checkout (we can help re-bind instead).

EA and Journal Pro subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renew from your dashboard at any time.

• Cancelling auto-renew stops future charges immediately. Your licence stays active until the end of the current paid period.
• Cancelling or ending a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless required by law or covered in section 2 above.
• If a subscription lapses without renewal, access ends when the current period expires.

Email contact@quantroom.io from your account email with your payment reference and MT5 account number. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
