Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantroom Technologies Private Limited collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website, Expert Advisors, and Day Trade Journal tools. We process data only as needed to provide the service.

• Account data — name, email, and password (stored hashed) when you register.
• Licence & checkout data — product, plan, and, for EA checkout, the MT5 account number and broker server name you enter.
• Journal & session data — journal accounts, session plans, logged trades, reflections, screenshots you upload, and related workspace settings.
• Subscription & billing data — subscription status, auto-renew preference, billing period, and payment-provider subscription or transaction reference IDs.
• Payment data — processed by our payment providers. We store payment status and provider reference IDs, not full card numbers.
• Optional trading analytics — if you enable it, the EA may send closed-trade profit/loss and balance changes for your private dashboard.
• Technical data — basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the site.

• To create and validate your software licence.
• To provide the Day Trade workspace (session, journal, chart replay).
• To generate optional journal process coaching when you request it.
• To manage subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.
• To provide your dashboard, downloads, and optional analytics.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To provide support and send service-related communications.

We share data with the following processors only as needed:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Payment providers — to process your payment (the provider acts as merchant of record where applicable and applies its own terms).
• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth). When you request journal process coaching, we send the relevant journal summary to Google Gemini to generate that coaching. We do not use that content to train a public model on our side.
• Twelve Data — market OHLC history used to render Day Trade chart replay. We request bars by symbol and interval; we do not send your journal or account details to this vendor.
• Discord — optional community access for licence holders.

Some providers may process data outside your country. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.

We keep account, licence, payment, and journal records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@quantroom.io.

We use HTTPS, hashed credentials, row-level database security, and signature-verified payment webhooks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

On your first visit we show a short cookie notice. We keep this limited to what the service needs to function.

• Authentication cookies — set by Supabase when you sign in, so your session stays active across pages (dashboard, checkout, admin).
• Theme preference— stored in your browser's local storage (tqr-theme), not used for tracking.
• Payment cookies — our payment provider may set short-lived cookies when you complete checkout.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; you will need to sign in again afterward.
